Frequently Asked Questions
Every product we sell is labeled RUO: Research Use Only. This means these compounds are sold exclusively to qualified researchers and laboratory professionals for in vitro and preclinical investigation. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, not for diagnostic procedures, and not for use as drugs, food additives, or household chemicals.
We sell to laboratories, universities, research institutions, and qualified independent researchers. At checkout, you will be asked to confirm that you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes by an authorized representative of your organization. We reserve the right to decline any order that does not meet our compliance standards.
Every batch is independently tested by a third-party analytical laboratory. The minimum purity threshold for any product we list is 98%, and most batches exceed that. We publish the actual HPLC chromatogram and a Certificate of Analysis for every batch on the product page. You see exactly what you are buying. Same batch, same test, same vial.
Yes. Every product page includes the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (CoA) showing the HPLC purity reading, mass spec confirmation, and lot number. If you need the original PDF for your own documentation, it is available for download on the product page. If you can't find the CoA on our website, please reach out to our support team.
All of our research compounds ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. Keep them at -20°C for long-term storage. Brief exposure to room temperature during handling will not degrade the material, but repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided. Once reconstituted in your laboratory solvent of choice, store the solution according to your institution's protocol. This typically means refrigerated storage and use within a defined stability window.
We ship all orders in discreet packaging. Lyophilized powders are stable at ambient temperature during transit. Domestic orders within the United States ship via USPS or UPS with tracking. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days from order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC). All transactions are processed securely. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Because our products are sensitive research materials that require verified storage conditions, we do not accept returns. If a product arrives damaged, incorrectly fulfilled, or otherwise compromised before opening, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging, and we will replace it or issue a refund.
Browse the catalog, add products to your cart, and proceed through checkout. You will be asked to confirm your research credentials and agree to our terms of sale before the order is finalized. If you are ordering on behalf of an institution with a purchase order system, contact us directly for a quote and invoice.
Our products ship as research-grade lyophilized powder. They are not manufactured or packaged as sterile finished pharmaceuticals. If your research protocol requires sterile reconstitution, your laboratory should perform sterile filtration after reconstitution using standard lab procedures.
Possibly. Contact us with your requirements (compound, quantity, and purity target) and we will let you know if it is something we can source through our network. Minimum order quantities apply for custom work.
If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship at no cost to you.
We do not offer free samples. Every vial we sell is a full analytical batch with its own CoA. The CoA and HPLC data on each product page serve as your verification. You are getting the same material that was tested.
Every vial is labeled with a unique batch identifier that links directly to the HPLC report and CoA published on the product page. This is your traceability chain: batch number → analytical report → product listing. If your research requires detailed documentation, reference this batch number in your lab notebook and it will match what is publicly available on our site.
